Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world! I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. They have redefined the hospitality concept . They are so sincere and genuine you couldn't have ever met. Housed in a 19th century building in Niagara Falls, Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking. All of the rooms with an upper balcony enjoy a view of the Niagara Gorge. Beautiful B&B in a very convenient location just a few minutes walk from the Rainbow bridge and the Niagara Falls. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was so tasty. Loved my stay and wished it was longer than a night.

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. Comfortable beds, big guest room, everything we needed was there. Clean and quiet and you can't beat the location.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this bed and breakfast is 1.5 km from Niagara Falls. Is serves a full English breakfast. Very nice home and ample space in bedrooms. The host was very friendly and extremely guest-focused. Pretty street.

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. Everything was perfect. Near to the falls, lovely hosts, nice room and great breakfast ☺️

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable room and Alice was very nice and helpful. I asked in advance for Oat Milk for my wife and she provided it in our breakfast without any reminders. Amazing. Also one day I forgot my wallet in the room and I was truly desperate in the city when I realized that I was without it. I texted Alice at 9pm and she promptly checked my room for the wallet and found it for me. The relief that she brought to me saved my night!

This hotel is actually very lovely and very cozy house with only 4 rooms in it. I believe each has it's own bathroom (our had one) and there's a shared space on 2nd floor with fridge, cooler with water, microwave and coffee machine to get some snacks. The breakfast is awesome, beautifully served, and it's A LOT! Lee is wonderful host.
