I can definitely recommend the offered tour to the Tatacoa desert. They also organized a collectivo back to neiva for us.

It was a bit of a splurge for us on an otherwise budget trip to Colombia and it did not disappoint. We loved stargazing on the net hammock and generally being in the middle of nowhere. Cindy was very friendly and prepared excellent food.

The owners of the hostal are very kind and friendly. They prepared breakfast for us at 5:30 o'clock just because we wanted to leave at 6:00 in the desert. It was very clean in the rooms and in the bathrooms.

It turns out that is amazing place to be. I would highly recommend this place for a few days on your holiday trip. The staff / owners are amazing, very delicious and big breakfast. Very beautiful, colorful place. Amazing vibes and swimming pools. Nice ambient and chilled music. They have two swimming pools and two jacuzzi with foam. We stayed in tent and it was amazing. Not too hot. Above the tent is some cover so the son does not shine on them directly. There is a lot of space and fan and little drawer. They let us stay in the area after out check out. Very nice experience. Highly recommended.
