Fue una experiencia increíble dormir en Marita’s house. Nos trataron muy bien, cuidando cada detalle, incluso le hicieron un pastel a mi amiga por su cumpleaños. La habitación muy cómoda, y tenían agua caliente, que en la mayoría de hoteles no hay. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y las vistas eran preciosas. Es un sitio increíble y muy cuidado por Marita y Albert, pero la atención al cliente es inmejorable.

Casa Donna Rosa B&B está en Nuevo Arenal y dispone de vistas a la montaña, piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. I stayed for 6 nights and could happily have stayed longer (as some other guests were). It was every bit as good as the reviews and the rooms and views are even better than in the pictures. The views from the terrace on the first floor rooms were absolutely stunning - particularly at sunrise/sunset. The furnishings, artworks and design of the rooms (high ceilings, amazing bathrooms etc) was all better than some places at double the price in CR and really idiosyncratic as well as luxurious. Werner and Carlos were amazing hosts, super-helpful and friendly and provided classy-hotel levels of food and service in combination with the friendly ambience of being in a smaller property. I also enjoyed meeting the other guests and the location was great as the town, lake, restaurants etc. were all walkable (if you don't mind a few hills... ). Would love to go back!

The property is amazing, so you will have the most amazing views while you have your breakfast. Our room was very cute and clean. We did not realize that there would be a little kitchen in the suite, so that was a great surprise. It was super well equipped. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so king. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the small lake on the property. There are also many bird feeders, so you get to watch the hummingbirds while you eat. There is a beautiful gallery as well with lots to see!

Casa Felipe, lake view-cottage ofrece terraza y vistas al jardín. Está en Nuevo Arenal, a 37 km de Parque Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges y a 45 km de Sky Adventures Arenal. The views were just amazing. We woke up the first morning and was not able to see the lake at all. But by the second morning, we could see the lake, mountain ranges, windmills in the distance, it was beautiful. The house was cute and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Having the pool there during the hot days was awesome. The pool was the perfect place to cool off.

The property was clean, spacious and in a lovely safe location (inside a gated community). The hosts were superb from start to finish, very accommodating and friendly, offering local advice and great recommendations. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and modern and the kitchen area has everything you need. The pool area is amazing.

Vulkan Arenal Amazing View Lodge 4 WD, que tiene jardín, terraza y restaurante, dispone de alojamiento en El Castillo de la Fortuna con wifi gratis y vistas al lago. We (1 couple) stayed for 3 days in this beautiful lodge. The lodge is directly located on top of a small plateau of a mountain. The view we had up there is just amazing. The Arenal is exposed really good and sitting at the outside table was a beautiful experience. It is really quiet most of the time, because there is no neighbors. Only during the night it can get a bit loud due to strong winds or rain. The kitchen and bathroom/shower facilties seem really modern. You need a 4x4 car to climb the asphalted road and get to the lodge. The owners were really friendly and communicating was always fast (Whatsapp).

Villa Corazón - private beach at Lake Arenal está en Nuevo Arenal, en la región de Guanacaste, a 48 km de Catarata La Fortuna. Spacious accommodation with lots of amenities. Patio looks out over large, well maintained tropical garden paradise with colourful birds visiting bird feeders. Very comfortable beds. Property manager gave a good orientation and was responsive to questions.

El Pie in the Sky 3 Amazing Luxury Home with Lake and Volcano view es una casa adosada situada en El Fosforo, en la región de Alajuela, a 13 km de Fortuna. A wonderful place! ... Really "in the sky", all around only nature, no view of houses. Very good for birdwatching, toucans come by daily and hummingbirds are everywhere. There is an observation platform. You can see the volcano and Lake Arenal from everywhere on the property and the many armchairs grouped around the house. The people from the agency are very friendly and helpful. We missed some things in the kitchen and bedside lamps, everything was done immediately. You have to know that there are three units on the property. In addition to the large house with four bedrooms (which we rented), there is a (very) small unit in a kind of garden house for 2 people and another house with 2 bedrooms.

We were waisted because everything we saw during the hikes couldn’t compete with our place. And lot’s of Kolibri’s and butterflies in the garden.

Gingerbread Restaurant & Hotel está a 45 km de Catarata La Fortuna y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. This was simply amazing. The warm welcoming owner has created an experience not just a hotel.
