Situated half a mile from Plymouth Hoe, The Imperial Plymouth is a stylish guesthouse offering modern rooms and apartments. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The location is fantastic, Plymouth Hoe is a couple of hundred yards away and city centre within 3 mins walking distance. The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The breakfast menu is great and cooked to perfection. Free parking is great in a very busy city

Offering a garden and garden view, Westley B&B is situated in Uplyme, 2.8 km from Lyme Regis Front Beach and 14 km from Golden Cap. Absolutely lovely hosts in a very comfortable home. Every detail had been thought about (including a wee torch next to the bed for night-time). The house is located right next to a lovely historic river walk down to the main town, with a bus-stop outside as a return option. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. We very much appreciated the hospitality shown to us.

Located within 44 km of Newton Abbot Racecourse and 11 km of Marsh Mills in Plymouth, Rural Retreat in Devon provides accommodation with seating area. Lovely quiet location surprisingly easy to find and it felt.very secure. The room was perfect for us and our two spaniels and it was lovely to have a kitchen right next door so we could make breakfast and tea in the morning. There was bread, yogurts and jams left out for us and coffee pods in the room so we couldn't have asked for more for an overnight stay. Having easy access straight out onto the grassed area in the morning was perfect for the dogs and both owners were lovely and friendly when we met them. Definitely will return when visiting the moors or the zoo which was just down the road. Thank you too Debbie for posting hubby's jumper back. You're a super host 😁.

Located in Plymouth, The Ivy Barn Holbeton is a recently renovated accommodation, 44 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 17 km from Marsh Mills. Cute place. Quiet, lovely staff, great extras like a hot tub, bathrobes, fridge and free parking. Beds were comfy, wifi god and heating worked easily and on a timer. Highly recommend!

Boasting pool with a view and views of mountain, Halekulani Devon Homestay is a recently renovated homestay situated in Torquay, 1.5 km from Maidencombe Beach. The Haleklani retreat is set high up amidst beautiful green countryside with panoramic views from all the windows overlooking the sea. I loved looking at the boats out on the water. I saw an owl swooping by one early morning. The lawns Leading down from the terrace were immaculately cared for as was the entire house. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated with original art and sculptures and big healthy tropical plants. The house was warm and immaculately clean and beautifully organised . I loved the freestanding white bath in the spacious new bathroom also overlooking the sea. There were quality soaps and shampoo and conditioner, thick cotton towels. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided. The bedroom had a fresh coffee maker and kettle and a range of teas. Anne provided filtered fresh water and milk which was kept fresh in the mini fridge. The bed was deeply comfortable with plush pillows. The house had a hush and peaceful ambiance with soothing background music and lighting. The breakfast was abundant and beautifully cooked and good quality with attention to details with sprigs of parsley on the butter. It was lovely to sit and feast overlooking the sloping lawn and big sky and sea. I loved relaxing in the lounge area and worked happily for hours on my websites with Anne offering me cups of tea and coffee. I was warm and snug on the winters days that I stayed and it was glorious when the sun shone in. If you’re wanting peace and harmony and comfort- this is the place to stay.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Perfect location, wonderful hosts and unsurpassed cleanliness and comfort. Delicious breakfast. Our only complaint is that we only stayed 1 night! 10+

Set in Ilfracombe in the Devon region, with Ilfracombe and Wildersmouth beach nearby, The Devonshire Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a great location. Bonus points for the amazing homemade cookies waiting for us in our room when we arrived.
