However the owner of A North Home(Levan) helped us to arrange a car with a professional local driver. The trip was very fantastic. Levan speaks fluent English. He’s very kind and helpful for our requests. His sister and mom cook delicious breakfast and dinner. Very nice family! The room and bathroom are spotless clean. The hot water runs well. The fortress view from balcony is amazing. We won’t hesitate to stay here again for our next visit.

A fantastic family run place with five newly built wooden cabins by a lawn and small wine field. Lika and her staff took excellent care of us and made us feel truly welcome to their small rural idyll. Communication in English went faultless. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners of hearty Georgian food outdoors below the walnut tree and admired mountain view. The tour to the family winery was the best we've had during our stay in the country. Overall, this was perhaps the most genuinely welcoming and nicest place we stayed during 5 weeks in Georgia.

The air-conditioned villa consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries, and a seating area. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Rooms are simple, but clean and shower is with hot water (which is important in Tusheti). Please, order the food there because Lia (the owner) is the best cook! We enjoyed all dishes greatly.

We like the place very much because it is a very homey and cozy place to stay. Our room is spacious, there is kitchen next to our room where we enjoyed local Georgian dinner and breakfast prepared by the couple and also did our laundry. The most impressive is the beautiful country courtyard that brings us a peaceful and relaxing vibes during our stay with Babaka. We strongly recommend Babaka to you when you are in Sighnaghi. Please take note that the guesthouse is located a bit down from the hilltop where you have to walk up around 15 minutes to reach the Sighnaghi Wall at hill top.
