Availability to get breakfast/lunch to take with you. - Everything was very clean. - They pick you up/dropp you off at the bus terminal. - Strong wifi.

Set 30 minutes from Lanquín, 45 minutes from Semuc Champey, Mountain Nest provides an accommodation in a remote mountain setting outside of Lanquin. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The cabin is placed privately with stunning view over the mountain that can be enjoyed from the deck or the cabin. The cabin was sparkling clean and had everything we have asked for. The hosts were so nice and attentive and they cooked us really delicious meals. Can’t recommend this place high enough!

Situated in Chijoú, Paraiso Verde offers accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. It is a really calm place in the Nature. You can take nice walks in the rainforest. The stuff is really friendly. Especially Otto was really helpful. I would recommend if you are searching something to come down.

Set in Cobán in the Alta Verapaz region, AZURA HOTEL BOUTIQUE has a garden. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The staff were all helpful and nice. The dorm is just a set of bunk beds so I had a private room for the night. Warm shower. The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel/hostel ever. There is a kitchen guests can use but they charge Q20 to use it. They helped me with the bus to Lanquín and transport from Lanquín to Antigua, but it would have been Q25 cheaper to book the transport to Antigua in Lanquín. And if you book a shuttle in Lanquín they pick you up and you don't have to go to the bus stop yourself.

The room was very good and so is the shower. Wifi works well. The stuff is very friendly and helpful
