Hostal Inn 1 is a recently renovated guest house in Flores, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The staffs are friendly, informative, and welcoming. They invited me to see it as my other home, even after I checked out, they let me use their bathroom and refill water. The room is a twin room, so I only needed to share room with another person. The bathroom is really clean, and there was hot water. They even provided towel, soap, and a pack of shampoo! They also sell a lot of shuttle services, and tours. For the tour to Tikal with guide, from what I heard, the price is really great (Q 130 2023/04/06)

The flexible check-in made my arrival smooth, and the host’s warmth and hospitality, including offering laundry services and providing local recommendations, made me feel right at home. Located in San Miguel, it’s conveniently close to Flores, accessible via a quick and affordable boat taxi ride for only 10Q. I highly recommend Casa Zoila for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the area.
