The manager, Nura, was super helpful with recommendations and restaurant bookings, and we had a wonderful welcome from Cathy the night we arrived: Cathy also gave us much-valued restaurant recommendations – Turkiz especially – and explained to us the commendable ethical ideas and ideals behind Beit Elfarasha, from honouring two remarkable women to integrating art work, social work, and spirituality into running the place. Beit Elfarasha only has two rooms, I think, and we were alone for the days of our stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Just wonderful.
