Kitchen has the basic amenities and there is even a small outside patio with table and chairs. The location is 5 minutes away from the lake and the famous Aero Club Como, walk to the main touristic district is about 20 minutes. The host - Silvia - was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is truly breathtaking, offering stunning views, and the short hike to the lake is a charming experience. Although the drive to the villa involves narrow streets, it's quintessentially Italian and absolutely worth it. The place was impeccably clean, and I would definitely return for another visit.

When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.
