The house is so thoughtfully designed and with such good taste. Everything is super clean and tidy yet very cozy and it feels like home. The shower rooms are wonderful, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen has absolutely everything and all such good quality. We stayed two nights and visited the world heritage sites nearby. You can get to Ainokura walking 30/40 minutes. The others are reached by bus and the bus stop is right in front of the house. You have a supermarket 2 blocks away, two bakeries from Which I totally recommend the bread / doughnut with red bean paste and the cakes. We also had a wonderful dinner in one of the restaurants. The host was so kind and attentive to every detail. I totally fully recommend staying here. Wonderful experience!

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Kimachi-tei（きまち亭） is set in Toyama, 3 km from Minami-Toyama Station and 8.4 km from Toyama Family Park. The pick-up service from Toyama station was nice, 5 min to the house from the station. The staff will be holding your name on the paper. The house was big and cozy, floor heating was nice and warm. There was a supermarket nearby, u can cook for yourself in the big kitchen in the house. Bathtub was also super nice!! I'll definitely book again when I visit Toyama again next time. Parents were so satisfied with this Toyama trip.

The host lives next door and they were amazing!!! Best experience I had so far on my road trip. Accomodation is just as seen in the photos, lots of decorations, some vintage and lots of furnitures but very clean. We were here in March and it was such a cozy stay. We were a group of 4 so the house was huge for us. The host was amazing in general, he was a funny and outgoing uncle. ^^

Owners were very friendly and recommended some fantastic local onsen. Pickup and drop-off from nearby bus stop made the trip accessible even without a car. Japanese style breakfast (available for small additional fee at check-in) was delicious. We wish we would have stayed a two or three nights instead of just one.

The setting was magnificent. A very beautiful peaceful little village with magnificent mountain scenery.

Hosts were so accommodating, kind and gracious. They have snow boots and sleds you can borrow if you go in the winter. The space was warm and comfortable and the meals were incredibly delicious and thoughtful. We had a lovely one night stay in the adorable town of Ainokura.

古民家柚子季, a property with a garden, is situated in Tonami, 41 km from Kanazawa Castle, 41 km from Kenrokuen Garden, as well as 31 km from Toyama Station. The place is really great, the combination of old japanese home vibe and futuristic facilities. We got free delicious handmade ice-cream. Love the yogibo❤️
