Very friendly and helpful staff, gave us good tips to explore the area and helped booking taxis. Hotel has a nice family feel, common kitchen for cooking breakfast and meeting other travelers 😀 Quite a few nice restaurants around😊

Located in the Gangwon Province, Heidi K. Haus offers accommodation with outdoor barbecue facilities, green lawns and children's playground. Free WiFi and free private parking are available on site. We stayed four nights, with day trips to the Gangchon Rail Park, Alpaca World, and Nami Island. This place was recommended by friends and I'm so glad we decided to stay here. John and his wife were really kind and took very good care of us. Rooms were clean and neat. Hot water flowed freely during bathtime and we drank cold water straight from the tap. For the most part, we felt like we were visiting grandparents who kept feeding us. We skipped the Vivaldi Ski Park only to discover Pallbong-san was closed for the winter, but John got us four gimbap, brought us to a nearby service road up a small peak, and sent us on a short hike (that incline!). We still got to muck around in the mud and leaves on the way up. Our sons (9 and 7) enjoyed the outdoors, helping John build campfires, playing with his wife's dog, and generally just running around the property screeching like banshees and dipping into John's store of firewood and kindling as he looked on indulgently (city kids don't get campfires much). The charcoal barbecue most reviews mention was a highlight, as was (for me anyway!!) cooking kimchi ramyeon with actual kimchi in a pot on a stove in a proper pension in the Korean countryside. I saved the receipt from our trip to the mart to buy ingredients too, it's going into my journal. Thank you John and Mrs Lee for your hospitality, we will not forget it. p/s For runners, there's a short out and back - just follow the pavement that starts at one of the roads in front of the property (the road after the tunnel, you'll see when you get there) to the end. A round trip took us about 40+ minutes? We called it 6plus-7km. A pleasant enough route.

Terrace on the Cloud is located in Daegwallyeong and offers self-catering units with a terrace and free WiFi. A continental breakfast is available each morning at the holiday home. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He provided everything that we have requested.

Set 2.4 km from Sokcho Expo Park, Sokcho & Guesthouse features rooms with air conditioning in Sokcho. My best place to stay in Korea, the bed is very clean. I met a hostess very friendly, the location’s close to the center, easy to go to the market. I will comback Sokcho ❤️

Obiekt Casa Seorak Bed and Breakfast położony jest w miejscowości Sokcho i oferuje różne opcje zakwaterowania, w których zapewniono aneks kuchenny. Pokój był przestronny, z wysokimi sufitami. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne, codziennie obsługa sprzątała pokój i wymieniała ręczniki. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, dodatkowo dostępna jest kawa/herbata i woda w części wspólnej. Podłoga była podgrzewana więc było przyjemnie ciepło, a w łazience były wszystkie płyny do mycia. Jakuzzi była bardzo relaksująca po dniu spędzonym w górach. Dojazd zarówno do centrum, jak i w góry był dogodny, przystanek był kilka minut pieszo od obiektu. Właściciel dał nam mapę z zaznaczonymi szlakami górskimi i polecanymi restauracjami, był bardzo miły i pomocny w trakcie całego pobytu, dodatkowo ostatniego dnia podwiózł nas na bus za co bardzo dziękujemy :)

Obiekt Yangyang Ocean Stay położony jest w miejscowości Yangyang i oferuje ogród oraz klimatyzację. Odległość ważnych miejsc od obiektu: Plaża Jukdo – kilka kroków od obiektu, Plaża Ingu – 1,1 km. The apartment was nice with a beautiful view of the beach right across the street. There were a few things to do within walking distance and in the town nearby. Clean and had all the essentials needed for a short or long term stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Obiekt Gilson Story Pension znajduje się w dzielnicy Bongpyeong-myeon w miejscowości Pjongczang. The host was so welcoming and helpful! We felt so at home here.

Obiekt Fine and You Ocean City położony jest w miejscowości Donghae i oferuje widok na morze. Odległość ważnych miejsc od obiektu: Plaża Hanseom – 200 m, Plaża Gamchu – niecały kilometr. Great small apartment right near the beach and 3 blocks from busy town area. You can cook and do laundry in the room and the hotel also has great coin laundry. The renter was quick to answer all our calls and concerns. I could rave about the beach boardwalk at night too. It helps to speak Korean at the local restaurants.

Location right next to the seaside and a large mall. Cozy and well equipped apartment, parking included. Great views from the room. Owner is very nice and responds super quick. Would stay again any time.
