We stayed for one night as we got to the airport late at night and a tuk tuk rental place was close by as we were headed to Mirissa. I thoroughly enjoyed Negombo Nature Villa & Cabanas. It was a perfect place to stay after arriving at 2am from an international flight. It's 25 minutes from the main airport. We were greeted by a lovely lady who helped us settle in, It's family run and is perfect for a night or two to rest. It's a close walk to Negombo Beach (5 minutes) and the hotel also has a small pool to enjoy. I highly recommend - great location, great value, great people!
