Located within 1.3 km of Jaffna Railway Station and 2 km of Nallur Kandaswamy Temple in Jaffna, Tony's Garden House Back Packers inn offers accommodation with seating area. Everything! Breakfast was delicious, room had great size, no hot shower in some rooms but in shared showers yes, so not a problem at all. Tony and his brother are amazing, and Tony gave many advices and suggestions about Jaffna. Staying again there when I visit the city again!

Facing the seafront in Delft East, Delft Village Stay has free bikes and a garden. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a restaurant and a sun terrace. Without hesitation the best place we visited in Sri Lanka (during 6 weeks),.. this place (and island itself) has special atmosphere, laid back, slow tempo,.. do not be afraid of sleeping in tent (sleep was very comfortable), or having shared bathroom (amazing open space),.. bike rent and trip around the island is highly recommended,.. plus one personal advice - do not book any other night before coming here, there is big chance you would like to prolong your stay!
