The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

This property is exceptional, but better than the property are the host and his wife. It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. 3 - 5 mins by tuk tuk to the city centre and various ayurveda centres, money exchange, pier88 (fantastic restaurant on the river). A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. Offering a shared lounge and quiet street view, Sahani Villa is set in Aluthgama, 1.5 km from Moragalla Beach and 1.9 km from Bentota Beach. We loved the host and their hospitality. The whole family was very friendly and helpful. We booked the room at 4 pm and they made sure we had it available within under 1 hour. The breakfast was amazing and there was nothing to complain about. It was a new property and it was clean and tidy. The host had a Three-wheeler and was always available to drop us anywhere we wanted.

Super friendly and very accommodating host. It was an honor to stay at the host’s family home. It was peaceful. WiFi worked good. We were served coconuts from the garden before our departure.
