This wonderful small resort is located at a short walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Nosy Be. Our two-storey bungalow was very spacious and featured two double beds, two single beds and one balcony with sofas. The staff is simply exceptional and responsive, willing to fulfill every single request. You can book at the reception the most popular excursions on the island at very honest prices. Its small and cosy restaurant is open for breakfast (which is included in the bungalow rate), lunch and dinner. Wide choice of tasty, simple dishes at very modest prices. A big thank you to Iacopo and Diego who made my holiday on this fantastic island one of the most beautiful memories I will cherish forever thanks to their great helpfulness and kindness! Real value for (little) money, absolutely recommended!

It’s peaceful and quiet, clean, well managed and you will experience some of the best sunsets in the whole Madagascar. They also help you with everything you need, advice on excursions, meals, transfers. Staying in one of the huts was beautiful and you get to wake up with a great view over the sea and the mangroves.

There is a supermarket close by and the WI-FI works well. We had a great stay and would have stayed even longer if possible.

The location, the garden, the view, the almost empty and sort of private beach and the friendly owners. Villa Colibri is a real paradise. Close to the Villa there is a nice lodge with very good facilities. There is a pool and a very good and cosy restaurant.

Bernard organized local tours and gives the best advice. They even cared for me when there was a tropical cyclone and I needed to stay another evening. It is like being with family friends, warm and caring (especially with the warm welcomes of Mouffa the sweet family pet!). Highly recommended!
