This host is very generous it is obvious they want you to feel at home and valued guests. Eggs, bread, plenty of cereals and fresh fruit, yoghurt etc. and then the extras to make you feel really at home. There’s no shops so the chocolate, chips and biscuits are a very thoughtful addition.we wil recommend and come stay again for sure.

Perfect location within Tongarironationalpark - good start up point for one day Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Chris is really friendly. Room is wonderfully equipped.

Riversong erbjuder en terrass och utsikt över floden och ligger i Ohakune, 38 km från Mount Ruapehu och 34 km från Turoa. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, and their home was very comfortable and cosy.

Frankie & Hugh's är en renoverad lägenhet med självhushåll som ligger i ett större hus i Ohakune, bara 20 minuters bilresa från Turoa skidområde på Mount Ruapehu. Frankie and Hugh's felt like home away from home. Marlene and Wayne were great host and made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We found the property clean, spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay at the property.

Located in Ohakune at the foothills of Mt Ruapehu, Rocky Mountain Chalets Ohakune provides accommodation with free WiFi, mountain views, and access to 2 hot tubs and a sauna. Everything is perfect and excellent. The room is big, clean, comfortable, warm and with well-equipped kitchen, balcony and washing machine. Hotel also has shared hot pool and free for use.

Ranfurly Cottage ligger i det historiska kommunen Raetihi. WiFi är gratis. Alla rum har en uteplats och ett eget badrum med gratis badprodukter. Rummen har utsikt över trädgården. What wonderfull greeting from Alison and Ron and what a beautiful accommodation. Very comfy beds, each with own shower room (small but very functional). Alsion had already setup the table for breakfast the next morning, cereal, croissants, milk, juice, butter, jams ..... use of microwave, fridge, washing machine.Gas fireplace made it very cosy and our son was super happy to have the extra TV channels to watch the football world cup. Unfortunatly only stayed one night so did not see much of outside ameneties of the village but would have happilly stayed 4-5 days extra ... specially due to such a wonderfull, welcoming, helpfull couple, Alison and Ron !

Nice big room with view of the volcano (if it is not in clouds), garden access and everything you need for your breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast/dining room had a real chalet feel. The location is idyllic and only a short drive to Ohakune. The wood burner was lovely to have in the room as well.

Ridley Manor har utsikt över bergen och erbjuder boende med en terrass och en balkong, 17 km från Turoa. Detta semesterhus har en egen pool, en trädgård och gratis privat parkering. Amazing views, cosy with the fireplace, the spa and the lovely king size bed was super comfortable. They had everything we needed!
