Can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner is so nice and helpful with everything you need. Location is great, just about a 5 minute walk from Chiang Khan walking street, and the garden setting is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful as well. On the first morning we had a huge plate of fruit and snacks waiting on our front porch, and all day free coffee station and free use of bicycles make this place the best value for the price. You have the option to have your room cleaned everyday, which we chose not to, and we still got fresh towels, soaps and water bottles every morning. Ended up staying here an extra night because we loved it so much.

We stayed for one night after a couple of nights hiking in Phu Kradueng. A comfy bed and hot shower was just what we needed, and the view was absolutely spectacular. It was a peaceful place and the owner was very kind and helpful. There isn't food available but you can drive a few minutes to a local restaurant.

Spectacular Big bungalow riverside setting was amazing. This is the larger unit and it's wonderful! Khun Lee was a lovely host very friendly and helpful. It's a bit hard to find, be sure to check directions. We loved it. Will be back!

El Welcome holiday ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y TV vía satélite en el distrito de Chiang Khan Walking Street, en Chiang Khan. Amazing super friendly staff that looked after her guests very well. Though language barrier compromised first-hand information, her hospitality is impeccable. Breakfast provided was more than sufficient and delicious, especially the congee :) the location is probably not at the centre of walking street or by the river, but it is not too far to walk or there are free bikes to use too. The price is good value for the services you receive. I will definitely stay here again.
