I had an amazing stay at Dal Sandro B&B. Alessandro and Domitila are super hosts. The communication was perfect even though I arrived late but was in constant touch with Alessandro. Domitila did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and at home. She is a mum away from home. The apartment is opposite the port on the top floor and has 360 degrees views over the port where breakfast is served and from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Also opposite is the bus station which makes it perfect location for those visiting the island by bus and the nicest beaches are 7 minutes away on foot and its 10 minutes on foot from old town. For those arriving with a car there is a free car park just adjacent to the block where the apartment is. There are also plenty of dining options within walking distance. The room is very spacious and super clean. The room is cleaned every day and fresh, great smelling towels are provided every day. The room is also equipped with a super silent AC. A delicious breakfast is freshly prepared by the hosts that also provide any information and assistance needed. This for sure is the best B&B in Elba. A great place, that made the days at Elba perfect. Staying at a vineyard in Italy is a dream (even for me who doesn't drink). It was a quiet and nice place. The staff helped us much more than they had to. Because of a misunderstanding, we didn't get our car with us on the ferry to the island. The owners brought us, and drove us back to the centre the day after (to pick up our car). It had a nice swimming pool with sun beds. The breakfast was a perfect start of the day. They make their own wine and olive oil.

Silvia did everything to make our stay as perfect as possible. We received information up front via Booking, got a discount for the ferry. She also reached out to us on Whatsapp and stood in contact during our stay, she sent us recommendations where to go, what to see.
