The owner is super friendly. When I got there I didn't know about GrabBike and things around there, but I could learn of the environment there asking some questions. Communication was even more smooth through all services. (laundry service, cleaning service, Meikong River traveling reservation, keeping baggage service, etc) One day in the morning I saw the owner was repairing the small components around the entrance door. I knew why all items could work very well. Small functions are functioning clearly well for example bathroom items, shower head, bed light, individual locker. Beds are at 2F, there was a spiral shaped narrow stair to go up to sleep, but considering the good price I just don't want to complain about this. The beds are quiet. the place is not for a party. This is just to rest and sleep. At night there are some people outside of the bedroom watching their cellphone, doing computer, etc. But at around 11 pm I think everyone just goes to sleep.

This place is tucked away down a quiet street away from the noisy roads. The bunks have a reasonably comfy mattress with a curtain and the AC worked nicely in the room. The ensuite was clean and everything worked. The doors have coded locks so its super secure and there is enough lockers for everyone in the room. Most of all Vy is the nicest guy I've ever met. He gave me a lift across town on his scooter and helped me pick out a mega deal on a new phone and sim literally 1/4 the UK price then introduced me to some vietnam food. He is a very genuine guy that will go so far out of his way to be helpful. I hears from another travellor Vy helped him pick out somewhere to live when he was in trouble. So yeah i highly recommend this place just for Vy, such a sound guy!

Gays! It was my first experience staying in a capsul hotel! this was a great decision because the hotel is very close to the airport and I was able to relax and go back to the airport for my next flight a few hours later. Staff is very friendly and helpful!!!

I stayed almost 10 days there. The location is nice, quite, local, there is a gym next to the hostel, only USD1 a day, there is a supermarket very close, and some cafes. The staff was very helpful and kind. I like the rooms, they are big, they have natural light, and privacy, because of the position of beds, the bathroom is big, clean, they provide shampoo, conditioner, gel shower. You can use the kitchen, so it is cheap to cook . I loved the hostel, it feels like home :)

The capsules were super cosy and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and all around it was a great experiance. There is a small market next door for snacks and drinks.

Clean fresh small single rooms. Very cheap. Hotel manager is a very kind-hearted person. If you are in need, he will not feel good until he helped you solve the issue. No victimization will come from this place. Here all are honest and kind with no super-happy-fake-social-smiles. Just real and nice. This place is worth every penny. And the manager have my highest rating. Just one thing: please use less air-refreshner.
