Everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is so beautiful in the mountains with amazing views. The rooms are traditional and spacious. Gardens are lovely to explore and good facilities. Was so nice to see their display areas of traditional kitchen and dining. Food was exceptional and great playground for kids. Their pet dogs were a highlight. Chowmain our hostess was incredibly helpful giving us advice of where to go each day, providing maps and directions and booking taxis. She is so friendly and tries so hard with her English.

Since the hotel location was far from the gate entrance to the park. She helped to shuttle us to the bus station so that we could get the bus to the gate entrance.

After living in the city for so long, it's nice to be in the mountains. The hotel is located near the south gate and provides shuttle service to and from the gate, which is very convenient. The restaurant serves breakfast and the staff is very accommodating, even when we wake up late. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stay here for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the park entrance and any easy walk to many restaurants near hotel. The staffs were proactively helpful and went above and beyond. Helping arrange trips, even telling us right shuttle bus to the Baofeng Lake and Yellow dragon cave in Wulingyuan (very easy to get bus from bus stop near hotel, no need to take expensive taxi ). The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Just book here if you visit Zhangjiajie.
