A szállás maga teljesen jó. A nagyon közeli környezetében (kb. 80m-en belül) van: - buszállomás, a reptérre menő busz is megáll itt (8-as számú megállóhely), - gyúgyszertár, - szupermarket (benne pl. élelmiszerüzlettel, és szolid árú éttermekkel), - parkolóház, parkolás € 4.50/nap (2023. novemberi ár) - autókölcsönző (kb. 10m-re a lépcsőháztól) A tengerpart kicsit messzebb van, kb. 5 perc séta.

A szállás remek helyen van, közel a piachoz / városközponthoz. Csodàlatos 5 napot töltöttünk itt. Az apartman teljesen felszerelt, kedvenc rèszünk a terasz volt a kis kerttel :) Bàtran ajànljuk mindenkinek. Susana ès Vasily nagyon segítôkèsz volt, tökèletes szállásadók. Ide mèg biztosan visszatèrünk :)

New, clean place with almost everything you need ! This place offers 2 beds + extra bed on a larger sofa. We were just one couple so we enjoyed the space and it was comfortable for us. Place is well equiped with all stuff you need for a comfortable stay. Beds and restroom/shower are downstars in an area which has just one tiny window so that might be a minus for some one. But on the other hand its a colder place during hot days ! Beds are great and comfortable as well as big variety of pillows. Bathroom is also new as well. The owner is VERY KIND and HELPFULL to requests, suggestions or any help and reply very fast. You can also find a lot of usefull tips in forms of links as a printed QR codes on the place ! Kitchen is well equiped for a basic cooking. Place is well situated in an area which is full of live. Big plus are the entry doors which are solid and can very effectively shield any sound from the street which makes it very quiet place ! You can find grocery supermarket just around the corner which has everything what you need for your comfortable stay and there are restaurants, coffee shops and bakerys just around the corner.

Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!

In the heart of the city, close to everything in Funchal. It's design is wonderful, a really artistic place am very spacious too. The facility covers all needs, kitchen and bathrooms with all included. The property owners were very nice!! Welcome surprise, fast responses and provided local recommentations too.
