This place was exceptional. Nothing missed - great breakfast, clean and big rooms, good internet, nicely decorated, a really cosy place, where would I return at any time. The hospitality of the host was astonishing - the care and kindness of Ahmed and his family and the team makes this place an amazing place to spend your Holidays. Calm and peaceful, you get in the mood of Holidays the moment you enter the lodge door. At the end of the trip we felt we stayed at friends. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Kibanda on two separate occasions on our recent trip to Zanzibar. We found the experience exception in all respects. The staff, led by Hamed and Francesca, were extremely welcoming and always had great advice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the A/C (we visited during hot season) worked very well. The pool was great and -- perhaps a little surprisingly -- we found the food first-rate and reasonably price. While we were there, the breakfast was also modified to add brewed coffee, an omelette bar and other upgrades which made the experience even better. The location is excellent and about a two minute walk to Nungwi beach and its excellent restaurants. All in all, we felt we received excellent value and service for our money. HIghly recommeneded.

Breakfast was good but could improve on preparation to suit the needs of client. I liked the serene environment, privacy and security. Staff were always at hand to help with travel and other logistics

I really like the staff, all staff who works there really add the value to the place, from maid, gatekeeper, to the manager and owner. Lisa (manager) was great, she was really trying to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. I will never forget the place, its so rural, natural, i could really feel the africa.. there were many evenings we just hung and talk in the resort, accompanied with the most kind dog and two cute cats. The soap in the bathroom was also out of this world, natural and smell so good.
