After we mentioned our engagement that day, Steve promptly delivered a card and candies, and even offered drinks at the bar to help us celebrate. It was a completely personal experience! Highly recommend!

Featuring a spa bath, Charming Family Lodge With Private Garage is set in Florence. Complimentary WiFi is featured throughout the property and private parking is available on site. We love all the bedrooms and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We loved having a parking garage in the building. Great restaurant right next door. Supermarket was a 10-15 minute walk or quick drive. Place had a nice porch out back where we sat with coffee in the morning.

Situated in Livorno, 1.4 km from Livorno Port and 27 km from Piazza dei Miracoli, "DueEmme Lodge", a pochi passi dal porto offers air conditioning. EVERYTHING!!! This apartment is in a good location to the center of Livorno. The host, Marco, is the nicest man you'll ever meet. He is hard working, ambitious, and one of the most hospitable people you'll ever meet. Having two complete bedrooms is wonderful, when wanting space. There are high ceilings, so you don't feel as though you are closed in. The bedroom windows both have bug screens, which is a lovely surprise, if you like fresh air at night, but are not a fan of bugs or mosquitoes. BOTH bedrooms have televisions, nightstands, double/queen sized beds, and dressers. The bathroom is good size, with both toilet, nice sized shower, sink, etc. The host has it set up where they have a hairdryer, hair straightener and even baby wipes for those with little ones. This apartment has a beautiful view from the bedroom windows to a plaza square, and it literally right next to a very convenient bus stop and tabaco store (for purchasing bus tickets and miscellaneous items). Close bus trip to the central train station, and just a 17 minute train ride to Pisa. Marco had a nice selection of breakfast items (packaged breads, croissants, jams), milks, fresh fruit, coffee pods, nice tea selections, bottled water, tissues and a surprise bottle of wine. Remarkably, there were items offered that are gluten free and dairy free. After traveling in many countries, staying at AirBNB's, VRBO, HomeAway and Booking.Com apartments, DueEmme Lodge has COMPLETELY spoiled us! Marco and his family have a beautiful apartment, set up with everything that one could need. He truly goes above and beyond! Most places, at best, will have a bottle of water, or two, and maybe a bottle of wine for the guests. We were completely astonished with how well set-up DueEmme Lodge was. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Offering a garden and garden view, Chalet Abetone in Tuscany is located in Abetone, 7.4 km from Abetone/Val di Luce and 49 km from Montecatini Train Station. The chalet was comfortable, warm and spottlesly clean. The beds were comfortable and had quality bedding and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and had a comfortable sofa. Garden ideal for the dog.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Sotto L'Ulivo is situated in Montepulciano. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The small room was EXCELLENT! everything was decorated beautifully, and the theme standed out OLIVE. One of the cleanest rooms we have been to. We were offered water, cakes biscuits and spreads for breakfast, coffee and tea. The view was one of the most amazing we had seen in the whole of Tuscany, and we have traveled a lot... The serenity you feel in the morning taking in the view, is unparalleled. And the sunset was spectacular too! The location is excellent, just 10 min walk from the city center. And the host... she was so sweet and helpful. We will be visiting again!!

Situated in Grosseto in the Tuscany region, Thesan Lodge, chic & modern design apartment has a balcony and city views. We had the warmest welcoming in person by the lovely host Gianfranco & Angela, they explained everything in detail & suggested heaps of must-see in and out of Grosetto. Everything they offered in the accommodation were perfect, it just feels like home! Location is perfect with train & bus terminal just few short minutes' walk away. If this property is within your budget, don't miss it!

Set just 1.7 km from Piazza Grande, Villa San Filippo offers accommodation in Arezzo with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Villa San Filippo is a well maintained vintage Tuscany style villa, original interiors are preserved with great care by the host. Salvatore is very welcoming and kind person, we really liked him, he is a artistic soul and created a peacfull paradise just outside Arezzo, this is a good spot with plenty attraction below 1h drive from the villa. Salvatore was also very accomodating to our pet and we loved that.

In the Siena City Centre district of Siena, close to San Cristoforo Church, 19 Lodge features a terrace, free WiFi and a washing machine. The Piazza Matteotti is within 41 km of the apartment. Great location in the heart of Siena. Comfortable studio with everything you need for a good stay. Great value.
