The lodges are beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable and displayed in such a way that you have your own view without being overlooked by others. The team is wonderful and very professional. They organised our safari and we truly enjoyed sharing special moments and discussions with Praveen the manager who is passionate and goes the extra mile to make his guests feel welcome and special. The food is delicious - one of the best in Sri Lanka - and the atmosphere very relaxed. It’s a bit of paradise on Earth. Thank you Praveen for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely come back and stay.

Yala Village Eco Tree House has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Tissamaharama, 10 km from Tissa Wewa. We had an amazing stay with the heartwarming family that is taking care of the eco village. We were welcomed very lovely by the host and her daughter. She served delicious Sri Lankan food and was always checking whether everything was fine. The property is really beautiful and gives the feeling of an authentic jungle stay. The huts are small but cosy and mosquito nets are already provided. Sadly we booked our safari tour beforehand but the hosts of the eco village also offer safari jeep tours so we would highly recommend to book it with them. The brother of the host was also very friendly and took care that we get to the bus station on time to catch our bus to Hiriketyia. In total we would really recommend to stay at this place and get the chance to live with locals.

Featuring a balcony with sea views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Khomba Lodge can be found in Tangalle, close to Tangalle Beach and 1 km from Paravi Wella Beach. It is a huge beautiful building directly at the beach (a quite nice one) with 3 apartments. Our apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a large living room and 2 big balconies. Everything is well equipped and you can easily spend several weeks here. It has a big pool, more than enough sunbeds and the beach is just out of the backside gate. There is 24h security on the property and free drinking water. The whole staff is exceptional (especially Rehan)! Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect as you have tons of nice restaurants at walking distance.

Providing garden views, Villa Rukaththana UNAKURUWA in Tangalle provides accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace, a restaurant and barbecue facilities. I thought about 2 night there but I stayed 5 😅 I really like the villa, the option of making my own breakfast in the morning was awesome 🥰 Every day the common area was cleaned. Mosquito net is available but only by request. The most beautiful beach - silent beach was only 2 min from the villa! I really enjoyed spending the time there. The staff was really helpful and nice. Near the villa are a lot of family’s small restaurants serving local food. Also for people like me who traveling a lot - the option of making laundry was salutary 😌

Set 700 metres from Tangalle Beach, Rock Violet Lakefront Cabanas & Restaurent offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Beautiful Rock Violet . We were blown away by hospitality on arrival - drinks and snacks sat outside enjoying the garden well presented gardens. The food is amazing. This host goes above and beyond to prepare not only incredible tasting food but presentation was beautiful. Host was so friendly and at hand if we needed anything. Outside the cabanas downstairs you are welcomed by the lovely mural and then leading into the spacious bedroom area. The property was so clean and smelt nice, lovely big bed, AC and spacious bathroom. The WiFi worked well and a walk away from shop and beach . We would have wished to stay longer and highly recommend to others... you will not be disappointed with value . Thanks again

Located in Kalametiya in the Hambantota District region and Gurupokuna Beach reachable within 1.5 km, Taragala Chalets provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... The location right next to the bird sanctuary is fabulous, and it is only a short walk to Taragala Rock, from here you have a perfect wiew of the whole area. The garden is an ideal place for watching birds of many kinds. Saman is very helpful, and he helped arranging a boat trip in the lagoon. The breakfast was very nice, and generous. The WiFi , aircondition, the shower all worked well. The bed was comfortable.
