And then we didn't even mention the great cooking they did and the chance we had to join them in the kitchen! We were unlucky to only have one night. Besides from this, the spacious room and facilities are in a great shape: good shower, good airco, nice beds, a great balcony with (yes, there is only place for one ... 😉) very comfy chair! And the location, in the middle of their own piece of jungle .. Just lovely! We forgot something when we left, but they immediately called and he even brought it with his motorcycle to the car we were in ... All the service. So very much recommended. They have only two rooms, so you are lucky if you can book here.

This is absolutely such a wonderful stay, just go! The room is perfect and you look out on a lovely garden with a river next to it (you can swim!). The family is so lovely and the dinner they cooked was amazing. On top, they arranged a super nice safari with a very good driver. Wish I could stay a bit longer to enjoy the peace and quiet on a sunny day!

We stayed 2 nights in this village jungle oasis among coconut trees, at this super friendly family. Great location, a bit off the beaten path but very comfortable, great huge bed, no mosquitos. Super shower! Our hosts cooked great food for us, we got the best breakfast during our 3week stay in Sri Lanka. We also went on a super full day safari with Sujee, was a highlight of our trip, saw many elephants!

Best Safari guide ever, Nandu (guide and owner of the property) was very nice and calm. Drove us to a lunch place and took us back so we don't have to walk in the heat. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Owner showed us many different animals that we never seen before, very interesting experience. The dinner family made was delicious also.
