The management of the property is now Caprivi Adventures tour company, so previous issues with management probably don’t apply. As they are part of a tour company, it’s easy to arrange activities. I had two exceptional birding outings on the river with Riian during my stay.

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. The river cruise was exceptional. Restaurant was amazing and the staff was great! Keep up the good work.
