Issie at reception is LOVELY. Kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was exhausted when I arrived, so greatly appreciated her kindness!

No 5-star hotel in New Zealand can touch this level. Perfect breakfast supply, great beds and pillows. A deer enclosure in the backyard. A beautiful chalet.
