They shared local knowledge including excellent restaurants, beach locations, hikes, sunset options and surfing information. The breakfast was delicious and healthy and a wonderful opportunity to visit the other guests. The details in the design of the room, common areas and landscaping were lovely too. we would highly recommend this special spot!

We loved the unique interior style of the apartment and the hospitality of the owners so much. It was just a perfect getaway from the busy city life. The beaches of monte Clérigo and Arrifana are a short 10 minutes drive from the location and various restaurants are pretty close in the center of Aljezur and Arrifana. We will for sure come back soon! :)

Cal Velho - Holiday Lodge ligger ca. 20 km fra Sao Clemente Fort og har pooludsigt samt ferieboliger med balkon. I really needed to get away from the stress of work and modern society in general and boy did this property help me find that inner peace again. Cal Velho is really out in the middle of nowhere, with a terrace facing east that allows you to enjoy the magic sunrises in the best possible manner. The silence allows you to focus on yourself and the trails that fan out from the sides of the house allow you to discover the landscape along the rolling hills. The owner allowed me to check in quite earlier than usual, as she had had no guests from the previous day. This was highly appreciated, as it ensured none of my food got spoiled in the transfer from the previous location. Thanks for the help with this detail!
