What a total gem! Location is fantastic- only a 30 minute drive to the starting point of chimp trekking. The views are amazing and there are a ton of great chill out areas on the deck. The grounds are beautiful with a ton of beautiful flowers and birds. The food was my favorite out of 7 lodges i stayed in during our trip to Uganda. The room was great and the bathroom was super clean and had a great shower. However, the highlight of our visit was the staff. They could not have been more accommodating or helpful - especially Brian! We were really grateful that they cleaned our shoes after our chimp trek.

We really enjoyed our stay, the personnel showed us the school and the organisation's background. We were lucky to meet the founder and learned a lot of information about education and living in Uganda. The food was just great and all the people around were nice. Beautiful view from the terrace to the crater lake. It was so touching that I am thinking about to become a volunteer :)

The staff at the Cottage provided superlative quality services! They were always helpful and went beyond what I would consider is reasonable. For example, the staff prepared a breakfast pack of coffee, toast and eggs for me when I had a 5am start. The food was excellent, dinners were like a gourmet restaurant for a modest price.

The hospitality we received from the workers. we were warmly welcomed and felt safe. The place is so calm and clean. we also had a breakfast ready in the morning for myself and family . We had a great view of the lakes and the mountains. And were very well taken care of by Hakim. We shall definitely visit again in a few months
