We wanted to go to Vitosha hill. The cablecar is approx. 1 km from this Hotel. I have asked about how the cablecar works, etc. Lady called to some phone number where she checked the situation, but unfortunately the cablecar is not operating due to some moderinzation. But she found us a public transport - bus, how to go to Vitosha, She shown to us which line to use, where is the bus stop, where we can change the bus to another line and travel up to the hill. Also where to buy tickets for a bus. Additionaly to that, they prepared breakfast both days, so this was nice, of course we paid for that.

We stayed here for five nights and overall had a positive experience. The staff are pleasant. The rooms are small but functional, the shower has a good amount of power to it, even though it soaks the bathroom floor. (Never understand these open showers)
There's a good breakfast selection - no complaints there.
Free parking right outside. The road up to the hotel is an experience but not as bad as some folk make out. The hotel is half way up a mountain - what do you expect?
The spa facilities are clean and fabulous. Sauna, steam room, hot tub, relaxation area. It's fine if it's quiet - not sure what it would be like if it was really busy. Maybe an outdoor hot tub would be a good addition.
As mentioned, overall positive and would definitely recommend.

Location is in the mountains, very quiet place, fresh air. Service is excellent, staff is very friendly and polite. Menu in the restaurant is not very rich, but good vas delicious.

Wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms was superclean and spacious. I personally liked the big windows in the room that allowed the fresh air and enough sunlight inside. Parking place is just in front of the main gate. The villa is surrounded by beautiful garden. The owner of the villa was very cordial and a great host. He even helped us with microwaving our food from his private kitchen without any additional cost and also provided hot water for tea upon request. Location of the villa is very convenient. Grocery store billa and ATM is just around the corner. All in all we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here once more and probably for more days whenever I visit Sofia again.

The apartment is big, lightful and has everything you need to make the most of your staying. The neighbourhood is just lovely, at the foot of Vitosha mountain, with a supermarket nearby, a couple of very good restaurants, bakeries and cafes. The owner, Andro is so friendly and always eager to help. If I ever come back to Sofia I will def stay at Andro's.
