Location very close to Zurich airport. I got a taxi from the airport to hotel, trip took approx 5 mins. Bus stops right across the road, much cheaper - would use that next time, now I know it is so convenient to hotel. Took the shuttle bus back to the airport paid about €6 for the shuttle. Excellent service. I ate in the restaurant, menu not too varied - but what I had was good. Service was very good, staff pleasant and very attentive. Breakfast was nice too - quite a selection. Coffee was excellent,

My family of 4 stayed at the hotel for one night while transiting through Zurich. Though the hotel looks unassuming from the outside but was exceptional from the inside. Being a boutique hotel, there are interesting photos, paintings and art work liberally spread throughout the hotel, including the rooms. They have an excellent lounge and family area where you can unwind and watch TV or have a coffee. The rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful. We took the breakfast package, which was sufficient and well prepared. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Zurich HB station, and can be reached by foot or tram. There are lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby, which makes exploring Zurich all the more enjoyable. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend this hotel for families.
