The room was small, but enough for one person. I would not recommend it for two. No table in room. It was very hot and the air condition blows directly on bed. Close to convenience stores. Secured luggage room for storage. The wide variety of options available during breakfast catered to individuals with allergies and intolerances is a plus. During our first night, we discovered a major issue with the bathroom in our assigned room. However, the hotel staff swiftly addressed the problem and provided us with generous compensation. We could not be assigned to a new room right away due to full bookings, but an upgrade was provided the next day.

The hotel location is excellent, and perfect for exploring the city centre areas on foot. It is very close to several interesting venues and sites, as well as lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room style and size was fine, and was comfortably furnished.

The location for this place is amazing, it's right next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans, absolutely gorgeous but also really convenient since it's so close to the Tivoli park and the train station. The staff were helpful and friendly, they offered a good option for me and my mom to stay that was a perfect fit. The rooms are clean, comfortable and convenient, bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Overall 10/10 would love to stay here again

We paid for a harbour view which was well worth it as there is a very busy road the other side. Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, staff were helpful. Handy location easy to walk into city and metro/bus close by
