Excellent little hotel with a very nice manager/owner. It is an easy walk from SNCF - located right on the main square. Nice breakfast and even a small kitchen if you want to cook something yourself or just use the refrigerator.
The rooms are large and clean and quiet. It was a wonderful experience. I will come back again.

The apartment is charming and spacious, with a functional kitchen. The courtyard is nice for good weather stays. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent, near the tour horologe and in the centre of the charming town of Avallon. Just a short work to the boulangerie, boucherie, other shops, gardens and the town walls. Avallon is situated in a beautiful part of Burgundy.

Avallon is an attractive market town in northern Burgundy.
Avallon is an attractive market town in northern Burgundy. It is immersed in beautiful countryside, and is of a manageable size for walking around, sampling the shops, cafes, and restaurants, and enjoying the Burgundian architecture. It is quiet in May. Lovely small town in the middle of French countryside. Definitely visit Vezelay monastery nearby while you are at the area, and Avallon Old Church too. An active small town, every day something happening there. Very safe, with beautiful architecture and good restaurants.RikupekkaFinland

It's on the outskirts of the anyway tiny charming town of Avallon, so one can get around on foot or hop with the car in no time. It's a full size two-bedroom apartment that has all the comfort even for a longer stay. It's very well maintained and met us impeccably clean. We especially loved the garden, the French stereotype at its best, together with the fresh pastry delivered by a local baker every morning, oh, la la.

Suitable for families who wish to make trips and see the nature since it has many beds and facility. Everything is new and comfortable. Cristiine and Bernard were extremely helpful and supportive. They decorated the apartment to feel home and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights and the kids didn’t want to go:-) Highly recommended.
