I was staying for 3 nights with my dog, we enjoyed a spacious, ground-floor, comfortable room .
The Reception staff were very welcoming and were so dog friendly, as was the gentleman in charge of breakfast. The evening restaurant staff were also helpful. Food was very plentiful and well cooked.

The bar/catering staff made the stay much better than the quality of the room and venue. The younger staff need to take a leaf from the cocktail bar senior person who was extremely helpful and resolved the only issue I had with real character.
The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful setting.

Stayed 1 night, Lots of people checking in could not access their rooms due to key cards not working. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, did not get much sleep.
Car park was packed with 2 large coaches taking up lots of room. Drove round 3 car parks several times before someone departing vacated a spot. Car park appears to be used for airport parking long stay.
Bathroom was tiny, had a problem getting in due to tight access round the door. Would not stay here again.

I really wish we were only there for one night, I don’t think it was the best of places to stay at, if I had known this would happen I would not stay there, no customer services spent most of my time waiting to speak to reception and not really getting any help

It is very handy for an early start at the airport although you do have to pay for parking and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms which I would normally expect free. Food was only in the restaurant and extremely below par. No bar snacks which would have been nice as we were only stopping for a short while overnight and didn’t really want a big meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms what you’d expect for a budget hotel, clean and comfortable.

Nicely located hotel which is good value for money.
Nicely located hotel which is good value for money. Staff are helpful and pleasant and there are additional facilities such as pool and spa if wanted. Some areas such as the restaurant could be improved. It is a shame to be charged more to use Wi-Fi in the rooms as communal areas are busy and not appropriate for working in.

The hotel was neither outstanding nor poor.
The hotel was neither outstanding nor poor. It served our purposes very well. The staff were courteous and helpful. Overall represented good value for money in a pleasant and quiet location a few miles outside the city
The room was as ordered - ie twin bedded room. The beds were well prepared and bathroom clean and tidy.
We did not have breakfast as needed to travel to airport at 3.30 am.
Unfortunately there was no evening meal available at the hotel so we had to travel to a restaurant about 10 minutes away.
We arrive on a late flight and needed a bed overnight. I found one immediately online and we were there in a few minutes.
The hotel is well used but we got a comfy bed, it was clean and we slept well. All for a very good price.
For an airport hotel, to close the bar and restaurant before 2130 hrs was unacceptable and unfair. The only refreshments were tea and coffee in the room, without a spoon.
Very friendly staff member at check in
Early check in facilitated
Great choice of tv channels
Quiet room
Nice restaurants nearby
Bus stop directly outside the hotel
