The evening staff in the bar were extremely helpful and friendly, other staff were also helpful but a huge shout out to the evening bar staff who went over and above.
Bed was super comfy.

The staff were exceptional from helping me organise a room to get ready for the wedding day with my wedding party, and we received the most amazing gift of being upgraded to the penthouse. This stay made our wedding. The service was exceptional and allowed us to focus on the wedding day and have a gorgeous day after.
