Nothing my daughter and I didn’t feel safe to stay there after seeing the reception and toliets. There was no one there to check us in, but there was a key to a room left lying around for anyone to use. The telephone number was just an automated dead end. We had to do a 3 hour drive home after the Women’s England game to arrive home at 2.30 am and still pay £63 for a room we didn’t use! Nothing like the write up.
Conveniently located off the A1 at the Metro Centre, this hotel is 10 minute drive from Newcastle city centre.

The location was great for the Utilita Arena.
The room was cosy, but 2 adults and a teen child were comfortable. Free child place was excellent value for money.
The free breakfast was great too. Good variety for both kids and adults and vegan well looked after also.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The staff were amazing the minute we walked in.
The reception was very chique and welcoming.
Loved the fact that the restaurant was right next door, the food there was outstanding.
Well worth the stay, the room was very clean, shower was over a bath but great pressure, blackout curtains were on point
Location was perfect for getting to the centre, Taxi was only about £10, we managed to use the bus services no bother, they were very frequent and only around £1.80-£2.00 for a single to the centre. We stayed Fri - Sun and would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was like a self contained apartment in the woods. It was superbly appointed with interesting additions. The breakfast was varied. The homemade food was reasonably priced and was of excellent quality.

Checked how to find the accommodation before hand and walked right in with no problems. Met by the owner who was lovely, very friendly and clearly very proud of what they had created.
Accommodation was just beautiful, fantastic art work and general decor. Very comfortable and made for a great stay.
The evening meal was delivered to the door, warm and very tasty. Extra goodies, lunch and general facilties were very well thought through.
Fantastic value for money!!
