Great welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and warm, breakfast was great and the location was ideal for what we were visiting for...House-hunting.... we are returning next week for another few days to continue our search. Rebecca was great and gave us lots of good info about the area.

The campsite was easy to find. The owners live on site and couldn't be more helpful. There was every facility you can imagine and then some... my 5yr old daughter was particularly impressed by the swing seat and the princess bed.

Woodhall Spa is a lovely, quaint little town with interesting independent shops down a long and attractive high street. Some road closures whilst I was there made it hard to get to-I assume these were temporary. Appeared to be a golfers paradise! A fantastic hotel to stay in.
A fantastic hotel to stay in. Very well located for visiting Bomber Command Memorial, East Kirby Heritage Centre, Battle of Britian Memorial Flight and the City of Lincoln. If travelling to Lincoln use the Park and Ride it's so much easier and cheaper than parking in the city. We will definitely be returning to Petwood Hotel.Allen - 10Scored 10
This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday.
This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. After a lovely stay at Petwood Hotel we looked around Woodhall Spa (although we had been there before). Parking is easy - the first 2 hours are free or park on the road. There is a Sainsburys just near to the centre. The individual shops are very interesting. A delightful bread shop/deli, cafes and an independent greengrocer (which is rare) were all well stocked and the staff were very friendly.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Great little town, with plenty of very nice pubs with great food, you just have to visit Abby Lodge Public House the food is excellent, the park just off the Main Street with outdoor pool and plenty of other attractions sets an example other towns should follow plenty of other attractions all of which are worth a look. There are no wild bars or loud music and the coast is not that far away if you fancy a day on the beach.ANDREWUnited Kingdom

The location is just stunning, the food is delicious and the suite we had booked was just so so beautiful. The staff are exceptionally polite and could not do enough for us. Is it the perfect hotel for everyone but especially if you are an aviation enthusiast. The Petwood Hotel is steeped in RAF history as it was used at the Officer's Mess for the famous 617 Squadron during the Second World War. We had the most perfect stay in the most perfect hotel. The property is pristine clean, fully equipped, spacious and so relaxing and looks out onto a golf course. We saw endless wildlife in the garden. We sat outside until late both evenings watching the muntjac deer. The hosts left very generous welcome goodies which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. We had an amazing weekend at Spinney on the Green and we would recommend it without hesitation. We will definitely be back soon.

It is sunny and warm and It has a wonderful patio overlooking the garden and golf course at the end. Parking is right at the front door so no long hauls with luggage. Easy walk to the key locations in the town. We stayed Thur/Fri evenings and the bonus for us was it was 40's weekend so the street outside was lined with vintage vehicles and people in period costume.
