Location is very good as it is just in front of train and bus station. But if you are catching a very early flight, the escalator and lift at the train station only operate from 5am onwards. So if you need to go the train station earlier than 5am to catch the earliest train to airport, u will need to carry your luggage up many many steps which is very tiring. Free bottle water provided in room.

Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.
Needed a hotel for a night to stay in while waiting for another flight the next morning and Narita Rest House was perfect for this. The rooms and hotel itself are quite dated, like a throw back to decades ago. There's signs of wear and tear and the amenities are what you might expect because of that, with some upgrades. However despite the age of the room and hotel, they are kept clean which is all I wanted. For an overnight stay it's good for what it is. There's a regular airport shuttle to take you to the terminals nearby too.
The best thing about this hotel was that is was located near Narita Airport. The 2nd best thing was the price. The lobby is very elegant and there was a convenience store there also. The room and property was very clean. The room size was actually very decent and not confining at all vs. the rooms in the city. The staff was great. Security was great- room key needed to access upper floors. Perfect place to stay if you do not want to hassle with the 1 hr + commute into the city when you arrive jet lagged.
There’s a Lawson convenience store right below - it’s awesome and couldn’t get any more convenient.
Also, they provide free computer for everyone’s use at the hotel lobby. Printing is free too, with A4 papers provided.
The ease of transit to and from Narita Airport is plus point here - though I suspect every other airport hotel just has the same facilities 😅.
They provide free breakfast which is included in your room fare - though I didn’t get to enjoy due to the early hours of my flight.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was set up as a usual business hotel model so nothing to complain here, all amenities can be taking with you at the front desk.
When arriving from Narita Int'l Airport you can easily reach the hotel using the Keisei Main Line; from the station it is a <5 minute walk. When using the JR station it's a slightly longer walk. Included breakfast was very good, it is a mix of Asian and Western cuisine, buffet style.
Free shuttle from the airport and Narita center. The hotel is not new, but very cozy - it has everything you need for your stay; 7eleven downstairs that works 24/7.. comfortable beds, wifi, teapot, fridge, pleeeeenty of free & good Japanese toiletries from creams to tonics, haircombs, fascial moisturizers and so much stuff that they change daily. The hotel staff is super supportive and polite. This place feels like home.
The shuttle bus was really convenient as it made frequent trips to and from the hotel and Narita airport. There's a convenience store located near the hotel entrance that accepts VISA and other major bank cards, which was super handy as we came straight from the airport without any cash. The carbonara from the convenience store is a must-try!
Near the airport. Our room was quiet, clean, and roomy. Reliable shuttle service. Staff is very helpful and attentive to our needs. For an overnight stay, the price is great! There’s no restaurant around except in the hotel, but one can take a shuttle to the airport then a local train to Narita for a variety of inexpensive meals.
The airport shuttle was spacious and on time as per the schedule. The Hotel is located very close to the Narita Airport, with good acoustics - no noise from the flights in the rooms. The rooms and in general the Hotel was clean, quite and peaceful. The Hotel staff was also very cooperative and helpful.
The room was felt bigger than I would expect for a cheap airport hotel, and the food options were very convenient-- nice restaurant, cafe, and a 24-hr Lawson. Combined with the free shuttle service to and from the airport, this was exactly what I needed for my overnight layover in Narita.
Convenient place to stay in Narita given free hotel bus service to Narita airport as well as central Narita (hotel itself is somewhat isolated). Friendly staff. Onsite convenience store is a huge plus. Comfy rooms with complimentary water. Nice shower and bath.
Stayed at the hotel for a short layover at Narita. It's close to the airport and they provided free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes or so. The first shuttle from the hotel to airport runs at 5.30 AM so we were able to catch the morning flight.
English speaking staff that were helpful throughout my stay. This is a good hotel to stay at if you have a flight out of Narita Airport the next day as it is close and you can also check out Narita City itself.
Easy access direct from Narita airport using hotel shuttle bus. Lovely room, restaurant wasn't open but convenience store in hotel had a great selection of hot and cold food for reasonable prices.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. 10 mins walk away from Narita Station and 5 mins walk from Aeon town. The shuttle services adds more convenience when travelling to and from airport.
This is my second time to stay this hotel. I like its location close to JR station, room is spacious and free shuttle bus to and from Narita airport.
I will come again next time
This property has shuttle to Narita airport every 20 -30 minutes for free. room spacious and clean. One of recommend hotel to stay around Narita airport
