This one lady from personal was absolutely lovely and helpful. She made better the whole experience and it was easier thanks to her. Beds were comfortable. And it was helpful that could leave luggage before check in time.

St. Palace Hotel has excellent location in the Vilnius old town. We had a nice double room with beautiful view from balcony so we spent some time just sitting on the balcony, drinking wine and enjoying warm summer evenings. Very comfortable bed, complimentary water, free wifi, air conditioner in the room, good noise isolation and friendly stuff. A lot of places to eat are very close to the hotel. Thank you, we had a great weekend in Vilnius! :)

Beds really comfy, more firm than soft. Great service from members of staff. Buffet breakfast with loads of fresh fruits, excellent breakfast. Very good and central location, next to the town hall in Vilnius old town. Very clean. Spa was a lovely included extra.

The hotel was close to many restaurants and a big supermarket, 10 minutes walk from old town. Very good for exploring the city. The design inside was nice and contemporary. Breakfast was good too.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it is opposite the Gate of Dawn. The breakfast was delightful with many options available to suit anyone's need. The breakfast room interior was decorated such that you felt like being at home. Also, the many window's allowed the sun and a lovely view of the courtyard. The woman taking care of the breakfast area watched over everything with the care of a mother in her own home.
