Sky high is, from a western perspective, a hotel reminiscent of the 1950s. It dates from the Soviet era,built for traveling apparatchics, but this gives it, today, a quaint charm. It is ideally located for a short trip to visit Riga as the bus link is excellent. The on site restaurant was also very good. It would be my choice of I return to Riga.

Very close to the Riga coach station and other public transportation going to places I wanted to visit. Very clean, air conditioned room. Staff were very friendly and helped me when I had questions. Breakfast was wonderful.
