very clean, everything you need for a fabulous stay especially the outside kitchen on the balcony, very contemporary bathroom, beds were very comfortable and clean , even a iron and ironing board.

This hotel, its staff, has a little space in my heart. I was here for 2 times before 2017 and this year I decided to come back here. It is located in the center of Marigot, strategic position to go to the best beaches of this amazing island. 134 was my room and it is really comfortable, appropriate spaces, very clean, big shower, essential functional kitchen if you decide to stay "at home" for your dinner. The approach is very professional as well as very friendly. Wi-Fi is a real high performance Wi-Fi and on this island, believe me, is a real advantage! So... The hotel was better than expected as some earlier reviews have been bad/unfair. Location is very good and there is local parking for 4 cars (no extra fee). We stayed for 3 nights and did not have any mosquitos inside the room even if we were on the lower floor. Our room vas very big, clean and the bed was good as well. The common area on the ground floor was nice. Internet was good, also in our room.

From leading up to booking up until leaving the hotel our host was welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We had a good nights sleep and woke up to a view of the pool. There is a door in the hallway which gives access to the private beach. The apartment had a balcony along with chairs and table, TV, kettle, fridge and cooking facilities. I would definitely book here again.
