The hotel is located slightly deeper from the main road where the shops are. Walking to the main road maybe not advised especially at night as it is far and dark. Good if u have your own transportation. This place is near to the premium outlet / cable car.Shuttle services to the cable care is available from the hotel but it is RM30/ride. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the basic amenities such kettle, iron, hair dryer, personal care items etc.The TV has basic local channels… when I checked in the hand bidet was leaking badly and when I informed the staff they quickly got it fixed and even gave me a complimentary fruit platter for the hassle. Check in and out was smooth. The Wifi was good. We had a conference in the mezzanine level. Medium sized hall with good lighting and maintenance.

We stayed at Geo Resorts for a few days during our week-long trip to Malaysia. The resort is ideally located if you prefer a quieter setting away from the busy Sky Avenue, and parking is readily available. Several local restaurants and a 7-11 are conveniently located near the hotel. . Be sure to take the Awana Skyway ride if you're visiting Genting Highlands, and don't miss exploring Sky Avenue at the summit.

It was a bit crazy trying to drive to Genting highlands people drive crazy and to fast , the road is very curvy and steep , the signage is a little confusing and it’s easy to get lost so just have a little extra time to get to your destination, the weather was lovely , on the cool side so take a jumper , lots of amazing shopping and food
If staying at the hotels make sure you book in advance and bring your passport for self check in
If your going to SkyWorlds outdoor theme park check before you buy your tickets which rides are currently being refurbished

We made the mistake of visiting at peak time between Xmas...
We made the mistake of visiting at peak time between Xmas and New Year, meaning that we had to queue for everything, sometimes up to 1.5 hours for either the Gondola or the main attractions for the kids. Finding your way around the first day is challenging, especially in the Sky World Theme Park area. The Gondola ride is fun and some of the rides awesome if you can handle the queues. The Premium Outlet mall was actually disappointing and we did most of our shopping at Sky World where prices were only slightly higher but goods better quality. Food was generally bland and disappointing. The good places that we did enjoy were the Thai Restaurant (for spice) and O'Briens (for healthy food with good service). Five Guys burgers were popular with the kids. Avoid the western type restaurants on the top level. The atmosphere is great but the food ordinary.

It's a good place to visit.
It's a good place to visit. I would recommend going up the gondola/skyscraper early morning to best the queue and have breakfast up top. The bottom of Genting Islands does not have much choice in regards to breakfast/food in general.
The area is nice and cool in terms of temperature and cleanness. If you're into theme parks book an extra day to make full fun day

Genting Highlands now has many places and restaurants to explore apart from casinos. The entertainments and restaurants now cater to all ages which is great especially for families with kids or elderly. Overall a great place for a short trip.

The check-in was a headache.
The check-in was a headache. The system was not very user-friendly and there was only a staff around to assist the huge crowd. The room has no wardrobes and not enough table-tops to place our belongings.

It was the worst hotel ever.
It was the worst hotel ever. First they gave us a different room than the one we booked. It was very bad and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting the sink the walls even the water hose was covered with dirt. The windows had moss and fungus on them. Insects were everywhere on the bed even inside the tea kettle. The parking was far from our building we had to go through a maze to reach it. No chairs on the balcony to sit on. Sofas are horrible and not comfortable at all. We got allergy and rash because of the dirty towels and bed sheets. It was a nightmare.

Staying at Genting Permai was much more relaxing and less hustle compared to the top of Genting Highlands. For check-in you need to follow the instructions closely, as the counter is located at a different apartment complex. Surrounding the apartment there a lot of good and cheap restaurants for breakfast dinning and drinking. A short drive away you can park at Premium Outlets and take Awana Skyway cable car to the top with a stop at the temple.
I like the efficient service in responding to the CLIENT. Andy communicated through Booking.com Message Link and after that gave very clear instructions and directions in WHATSAPP. Throughout the stay, Andy responded efficiently and helped accommodate 2 families with adjoining units. And on-site, Rubiel passed the Key Cards and gave very good friendly service. Security is tip-top. Units are well equipped. Thank you Andy and Rubiel.
After visiting the theme parks, we went straight to the property. It's located atop Genting Highlands, not far from the main attractions like the First World Hotel and Theme Parks. We still experienced the coldness and fog, which was very exciting for the children.
Cleanliness is superb, and the space is sufficient for our big family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Great view.
Location near good eateries. 10 mins drive from Awana Skyway and Genting Premium Outlet. The condominium complex has a lovely heated pools (Level 41) playground(Level 5 & 9) and outdoor track, gym.
My duplex unit, which was Block A-23-06 has a great view of Genting Highlands and Awana.
Has pots, plates, bowls, cups, toaster oven.
Very nice hotel, the staff in general were very friendly, especially Maran from the front desk, he was awesome. The rooms were nice and spacious. 10 minutes to the Premium Outlet by taxi and then another 10 mins from there to the theme parks, Sky Worlds and Skytropolis so a journey of 20 mins. Overall excellent value for money.
Booking.com is not giving the real picture of the current status rooms..bathroom...etc, Booking.com is been doing this game and cheating users for years... it totally Booking.com problem and not the hotel.. if we would get the real photos status of the room we would avoid many issue and select other hotels!
I like the location, its just right below the awana sky station; the hub of the public transport, the premium outlet, and the cable car going uphill to Genting Highland. I also like the scenery from my room, the hotel really accommodate my request for high floor. The foods at the hotel also superb.
It was my second visit. Manage to get back my previous room I stayed. Short and sweet stayed in this relaxing resort. Here will be my only destination to stay if I ever come to Genting Highlands. Hope next time able to get a free breakfast and try their delicious food.
The views was great. Can see First World Hotel from the balcony. The room was very spacious for the price. I am using the studio apartment room. For those with kids, the indoor swimming pool. To swim at top of the hill was an experience you will never forget.
the hotel is modern, and new. everything was clean and there was a smart tv so we can watch netflix and youtube. it has a microwave, water kettle, and an electric stove. they also have coin laundry which is really helpful.
My booking does not come with breakfast. The location is about 5KM from Genting Highlands which was fully booked for the 4-day stay. The road to Genting is winding and narrow. Worse if the weather is foggy.
The apartment was clean, great balcony view – we took a Grab from Genting Highlands and it was about a 15-min drive down to the hotel. Explored the pool and again, amazing view from a vantage point.
