Really loved the staff and the breakfast (for the most part). The location was amazing and everything was close by (except for the A6 / Asecs mall).
I will be writing more about what I didn't like - but these are simply a matter of "what could they maybe do better?" and "If you aren't use to Sweden, think ahead and factor things in" so your expectations are appropriate
I truly cannot overstate how truly grateful I am to the staff, especially at reception, the bar and the cleaning staff as everyone was friendly, engaging, customer focused and extremely helpful.

very quiet city, mondays are definately dead at night. you can go around the city mostly walking or on scooter. we visited all the main places in the first 3 days, even the visingsö island (also small). there are many nice places to eat though, burgers, italian, ice cream, even a brewery. if you go with car it's much easier to move around and visit the nearby cities. if you like nightlife, not your place to visit. and like everywhere on sweden, you can communicate in english just fine.

To be honest, we didn't intend of staying more than an overnight on our way home, but the hotel we stayed at (Clarion Collection Hotel Victoria) was so great we decided to explore Jönköping. Had the weather been warmer we likely would have wanted to extend our stay because it seemed like a lovely little area. We visited the Matchstick museum which was interesting. We would have gone to Husqvarna as well, but it was too cold and rainy that day.

Jonkoping is a mix of modern and traditional Swedish architecture, good museums and transport links (the Jonkoping Taxi app was very useful and easy to use). The town has some really nice restaurants and shops and sits on the shores of a beautiful and massive lake Vattern. There are also modern retail parks with loads of restaurants and shops and yes there is an Ikea. The town also is extremely clean and safe, I was out very late at night and felt no threat or danger whatsoever. The local people are very freindly. Would love to see more of Sweden in the future.

The County (länsmuseum) museum has a John Bauer exhibition of his troll and fairytale paintings. Across in the library section there is the exhibition of Jönköping´s history through the ages, while the Match museum near the railway station reveals the shocking and toxic working conditions the women and children worked under to produce the first matches, then safety matches, a Swedish invention, at this first factory. Breathing in the phosphor fumes led to phosphor necrosis of the jawbones and skull. Be glad you didn´t need to work in those days and conditions.

Jönköping is a great little city, the matchstick museum was interesting and there were beautiful views over the lake. Plenty of places to eat and drink and even a lakeside beach...a great place for a short break.
What an excellent experience!
People are smiling sincerely and helping to find a way for your stay to be comfortable.
The hotel is located next to the lake, in the heart of Jönköping, in a perfect location.
The room is super clean and the bed is super comfortable.
The Shower is great, and the ground heating is giving you extra comfort.
Wifi is signal is strong.
Breakfast is rich and very tasty.
I definitely recommend the dining and bar experience in the hotel.
There is a parking place, don't forget to book your slot.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms had bunk beds, a small dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen was inside the room with basic utensils for 2 people. The washroom was in the corridor and so was the shower area. Didn't feel it was a problem. The hotel's location is very good. The bus station was within walking distance. The reception staff's really good as well.
So tastful and comfortable, all the way through. It's the dream B&B...the one you are always looking for. The little gem. The surrounding nature is beautiful and there is lots to see in the area.
We had a four person room, which is amazing when you are traveling with kids.
Pretty stunning view from the 9th floor window, not the lake, but sunset over the hill spectacular too. Spacious room, good bed (not too soft), decent soundproofing. Ample free parking, main shopping mall in 5 min, few fast food joints and a petrol station next door.
The location is unbeatable, its like a 5 min walk to centrum. The breakfast is Scandic level quality and is the standard I use when going to other hotels. There's a great variety of different toppings, oatmeals, pancakes there is too much to describe here.
I like that it was in the center of Jönköping. The food was good and the staff was nice.i told them one of us had food allergies and that was not a problem. You could just ask them and the fixed for you. A plus for that.
Beautiful bed & breakfast just outside Jönköping with very friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfast was great with homemade bread buns and fresh eggs from the hens. Comfortable beds and overall just a wonderful stay.
The location is superb. Especially convenient for the event I was taking part in that started almost literally on the hotel's doorstep.
The hotel is quirky with pictures by John Bauer throughout.
The room was spacious and confomrtable, having everything needed for my stay. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the train/bus station and city center. The breakfast was great.
Great stay in a nice neighborhood with short distance to the centre of Huskvarna. Cosy & spacious room with good equipment. Our booking went really smoothly with the friendly owner.
