Fantastic hotel, the staff are wonderful and helped with airport transfers and everything else I could have wished for. The room was beautiful and had a great view of the lake. Very convenient location as well.

The hotel is located in a good area close to a mall and quite convenient. Not far from the airport. It is quite clean and the staff are amazing and quite helpful. The breakfast is good and the chef normally goes out of his way to fix my juice which is not in the breakfast menu.

No lifts, given rooms along way from the the stairs. Two old ladies had to hobble the long way to their distant rooms.

The airport shuttle was bang on time. Okra House is definitely on the list for my next trip to Entebbe. It was a comfortable walk to Entebbe town and Victoria Mall - about 50 minutes. The public beaches are within easy walking distance.
