I loved that we were by the water, which was beautiful. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area. We also liked that there were several restaurants within walking distance. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s a great location, newest hotel.
We only stayed a night but it was perfect; clean -quiet. Everything we needed on our road trip:)

What I liked was the convenient location. The building displayed poor construction i.e. bad tiling, bad holes in wall repair jobs bad, paint job job, trim and walls bad. Water stains on the ceiling’s, with most of this being in the bathrooms. I tried to use 4 different hand sanitizers and only one worked. The building was just beat up and the repairs looked very unprofessional.

Not impressed with TV in room and the breakfast was poorly prepared. Coffee was not hot and oatmeal which we both love wasn’t ready to be served. Late start with preparation I’m thinking. Very dissatisfied with breakfast. Don’t brag it up if you can’t meet the challenge I say! 👎

Decent room for the price.
Decent room for the price. Just needed a place for my family and I to get clean and sleep for the night and this place did just that. Nothing Fancy but it wasn’t bad at all. It was as clean as an outdated motel can get in my opinion. Would recommend for others if it’s a quick trip in Andover.

I'm familiar with the area, use to live in Andover. Last visit was a few weeks ago, noticed the usual road construction near the area, that can be a bit frustrating. I suggest coming to Andover another route other than Kellogg. If you are looking for exceptional BBQ then go to Boone's Pickin's somewhat hidden off of Andover Road. Billy Sims is just up the road if you prefer a chain restaurant, also decent BBQ. Minus the road construction Andover is an ideal place if you need to get to Eldorado, Augusta, or Wichita fairly quickly.

I have previously lived here and in a surrounding area.
I have previously lived here and in a surrounding area. The area is safe I believe, and close to Wichita and Eldorado and easy highway access. Both far enough and close enough to major city. There's a handful of good places to eat and are unique.
