Full of character and charm. Very friendly and helpful staff, a particular mention to Maya in the coffee shop, who always greeted us with a warm smile and friendly chatter.

Locks on building and doors to room were horrible.
Locks on building and doors to room were horrible. Room was a bit dirty. Breakfast great. Staff good. Elevator was not working. Outside lights to hotel not on at 7pm(dusk). No outside lights and had to put paper in car not to tow. Alternate door to get in hotel not locked. Lock to room did not lock unless you fiddled with it. Feeling of being unsafe.

I actually live in this area.
I actually live in this area. I work at a hotel close by but cannot stay on that property per hotel policy. I love pinellas county Florida and that's why I live here! Plenty to do, everything is conveniently located for quick shopping trips or just doing laundry, close to many beaches and the parks are awesome! Come visit!

This place far exceeded my expectations. In fact I was wishing I could just live there! Lol The staff was unbelievably nice, Everything was so clean, It was convenient to so many different things and places, I definitely will be back.
The only downside was the Corona Virus and social distancing but that was out of everyone's control.

Staff weren't very helpful called the front desk to tell...
Staff weren't very helpful called the front desk to tell them roaches were in the room and the staff said the manager will be back in the morning. Pool was closed and not worth the money. I don't even know if breakfast was included ...which I wouldn't have eaten anyway due to seeing roaches in the room.

Pinellas, Clearwater and Largo FL is for poor people.
Pinellas, Clearwater and Largo FL is for poor people. The tennis courts are nice and the people are humble and sweet. The drivers are aggressive and will flip the middle finger. Two Walmarts are there and all the restaurants and supermarkets are there. The roads are wide and modern. The Salvatore Dali museum is there (amazing).

Pinellas Park is what Florida vomited out. It is so dirty.
Pinellas Park is what Florida vomited out. It is so dirty. It looks like the City has no intentions of ever making anything good out of it. We are in the year 2020 and the place looks like it's stuck in the 80's.
The room was nice, the toilet needs some maintenance, and the drains, too. Staff was not helpful, not rude, just not informed, or communication skills are lacking. Breakfast could be better. They could be friendlier in there. The lady just hovers over you while you're making your stuff. It's awkward. This hotel should not be the price it was. It was high for the. The hotel itself is very nice clean.
The staff was very rude and the EVERYTHING WAS NASTY the only good part is the restaurant out front one whole area is burnt up due to a DRUG LABORATORY they have roaches and mildew they don’t clean the rooms it’s a hotel full of junky people that live there yearly nothing about the pictures are true nor the amenities or not true overall it’s a bad experience‼️
The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff was friendly and customer service was fantastic. Housekeeping came almost every day to make sure we had fresh towels and linens. Breakfast was also great and served later on the weekends which is nice if you need some extra sleep. We were beyond satisfied with our stay.
The front desk attendant was amazing. We got room last minute and he was so helpful. I am traveling with my son and we had just had a bad experience at a hotel prior to booking so when i came in i was frazzled.
all areas of the hotel were very clean..staff was very polite and friendly...they accomodate to your needs if needed..coffee was always available in the lobby during the course of the day.
It was a good amount of space for a family of four (two were teenagers). It was decorated super cute. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Far superior to a hotel.
The breakfast was pretty good. The bead was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The free wifi was faster than I have seen at other hotels.
