Zika’s is a lovely little house in a very quiet rural area close to monemvasia and beaches, the air con kept the place cool, the facilities and equipment in the house are great. The terrace is lovely in the evenings, to be honest there was nothing I could fault the place on and it’s very well priced, there’s a pharmacy, a bakery/store and a really nice bar/restaurant 2 minutes walk away, the owners left us milk bread and jams and marmalade coffee and tea on arrival and were very friendly and helpful

We had a great time in this beautiful village and most importantly, the host's parents were very friendly and gave us to eat tiropsomo which was amazing for breakfast, incredible hospitality. Overall, if I visit Monevasia again, I will definitely stay here. Thanks for everything

Beautiful old house very close to the city gate. Amazing view to the sea both from the bedrooms and the (not so little as it initially looked) terrace. Loved taking breakfast & sunbathing every morning there. Clean and comfortable. Our hosts were more than helpful making our stay even better. Being able to stroll around without the crowd of day trippers is wonderful. The appartment is compact but very comfortable and clean. It is just steps from the swimming platform. Property had a resort kind of layout with lots of space, garden, outdoor dining in warmer climate. There was even a swimming pool. We were given a little stand alone stone cottage by the sea. The views,atmosphere, howling wind and pounding sea added to make this stay EXCEPTIONAL. The service staff was kind enough to provide a kettle when requested. The breakfast spread was simple but lovingly prepared by the service staff. 5 star recommendation from me

We were promptly met at reception and taken to our rooms, help with luggage was offered. Both apartments were lovely. We had no complaints. The air conditioning worked well. The arches was spacious, the two storey romantic and cosy. The shared terrace was lovely with a clothes airer for our wet things. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It is best to wear plimsoles as the cobbles are slippy. All adds to the amazing experience :)

Great advantage is the location of accomodation on the top of Lower town, so you can easily explore both abandoned Upper town and Lower town with restaurants and small shops. Our apartment (Sofia) had no balcony, but we could sit in front of the door - there was table and two chairs.
