EVERYTHING about the house itself. The neighborhood is quite. There's a grocery store nearby, port and beaches not that far. Plenty of restaurants in the port. The perfect place for relaxing.

Practically is a home with two independent apartments (living, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen) both beautifully and modern decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean, the house is located next to the cruise ship terminal in Piraeus, overlooking the port. Access to the courtyard and the house is by code, provided by the owner prior arriving at the location. The access keys are in the house, but we only used the access code. The house is made of stone with wood paneled ceilings. It has a great, authentic look. The beds are large, wooden, very sturdy, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There are bed linen, towels, slippers, bathroom cosmetics, all of very good quality. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and microwave, kettle and coffee machine with capsules, crockery, glasses and cutlery in the cupboards. In the living room on the table we were greeted by a bottle of authentic Greek wine. There are two terraces, one on the ground floor and one upstairs equipped with specific furniture. The upstairs terrace offers a panoramic view of the harbor. Nearby there are numerous waterfront tavernas, which can be reached in about 15 minutes walk. I liked it and will definitely return.

The location and having a garage for our motorcycles, and a washing machine. Clean, but as all furniture outdated, it felt unclean. Very nice and helpful owner and son, that lived upstairs.

Nice and clean small apartment with attractive design and super nice view from terrace located on the last floor. 2 nice ACs which is more than enough. Good and big fridge. Well equipped kitchen. 2 TVs. Nice terrace. Comfortable sofa and bed. Haven’t heard any noise from neighbors as each floor has only one apartment. In the middle of our stay the apartments have been cleaned.

Compact little house tucked away from the street and out of the sun, super private, beautifully and tastefully presented, fabulous outdoor space. Walking distance to the Acropolis through Koukaki, an area heaving with local nightlife, minutes away from Petralona station for going further afield. Would stay again and highly recommend!
