Lovely house in a farm by a lake close to the sea. We had the three rooms so it was really perfect because we did not have to share. Fully equipped kitchen. The price is very reasonable compared to other options in the area. The owners are very kind.

Everything, this place is just amazing! The cottage is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the mountines and with a wonderful seeview. I will come back for sure if I'll ever be in Iceland again, which I really hope. Breakfast was served directly in the cottage and every kind of food was provided. Everything was just perfect!

I don't know where to put the feedback but the villa is very comfortable, perfectly equipped, in a unique and wonderful location, as if it were a postcard. We felt at home. nearby there are supermarkets and typical and fantastic restaurants and cafes. a magical place that reconciles you with the world and makes you thank Mother Nature more and more because she allows us to live on this earth. grundarfiordur is on a peninsula that encompasses all of Iceland and its beauties, its immensity, its power which is the power of Mother Nature and the Universe. And what about the Northern Lights? we stayed 5 nights for 5 nights the Aurora Borealis graced us with its presence. The emotion you feel in feeling surrounded by such great magic is indescribable.
