Checkin was easy with clear directions sent to us before we arrived. The apartment was very clean and modern, well equipped kitchen and we really enjoyed the balcony sitting area. Free parking was a nice bonus. Paolo was a fabulous host - friendly and very helpful. He made dinner reservations for us one evening and even provided fresh croissants... twice! We would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.

A beautiful cosy apartment right across the road from Como Lago train station. A lovely host that met us earlier than check in time as we had arrived. So close to Lake and ferry. We walked everywhere and so many great places for food and drinks. Apartment had everything you needed, full kitchen, dish washer and washing machine. Very clean and modern with lovely towels. Even left us coffee pods and some snacks. Supermarket was 2 mins walk in 2 different directions. Would highly recommend staying here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Beautiful apartment. Very clean and nicely furbished, it had everything that you might need. The best part was the small river just outside the apartment. We slept amazingly well due to the soothing sound of the water. We stayed during the hottest period, but the apartment stayed cool.

The property was a great central location and very well appointed with everything you could need. Included were a couple of treats/ sweet biscuits and ample coffee pods. This place is very spacious with a separate lounge and dining area. Would very highly recommend to family and friends. Check in was also available 1.5 hours early than advertised due to cleaners early availability and our gracious host Beatrice letting us in straight after. Thank you for a lovely stay ✔️👍
